The service
We provide a self-service tool that checks a private parking charge notice against the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule 4 and the trade body codes, and produces appeal letters for you to review and send yourself.

The tool gives general information, not legal advice. We do not act for you, contact the operator or appeal body for you, or guarantee any outcome.
Your responsibilities
You must give accurate details, check every letter before sending, fill any remaining bracketed items, and meet the deadlines shown.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your letters are available to download straight after payment.
Your purchase covers appeal letters for one parking charge notice. Letters are valid for 90 days from purchase.
Scotland and Northern Ireland
The automatic letters cover England and Wales only.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.
